I enjoy drinking wine, but being married to a winemaker doesn’t give me automatic knowledge on how to explain my experience and thoughts on what I’m trying!
But it’s so much fun discussing with each other what’s to like or not to like about a wine and even better when you get those rare (for me!) ‘Eureka’ moments when you actually match a smell to something.
Benji said to me once the way to develop a ‘palette’ and become a good taster, is by drinking a lot of different wines. He’s right, but it’s not the advice I need to be given…
Hi there, we had the pleaure of tasting your wines on the Naked Tour in Liverpool, we are opening a fine food deli and wine store in April, we are looking for independent viniers to work with us, would you be interested in supllying some of your lovely wines?
Gary
Hi Gary… Oh I can’t believe that this reply iis only happening now! I am very sorry for how late this is…
To answer your question regarding Benji’s wines, if you are in the UK, you would need to contact Naked Wines directly as he isn’t able to supply personally in the UK outside of them.
I hope this helps.
Thank you for your interest and letting us know you enjoyed them!
My best, Kat
Sorry for the typos, its my big fat fingers!
i have no excuse!
Hi Kat. I don’t know anything about blogs. You said you would post your con carne recipe in your blog. Does this eventually get me access to it? I simply adore your hubby’s wine. Another two cases have arrived today. Unlike your leftover chilli, I never have any of his wine opened and left over!
Hi there! Thank you for you interest in this recipe, I am happy to let you know it is now up on this blog : ) And thanks for your support for Ben’s wine – we have a similar experience to you with lack of left-overs !! 🤔
